LA goes mobile hands-free...at last!
"Distracted driving leads to tens of thousands of car accidents annually..."
At my last traffic school session, some of the car abusers didn't think that hands-free was that important. They're insane! But they're Californians after all (who don't know they can't drive well!)
Well, I'm loving that the hands-free law is finally inacted here. But I'm sorry that the fine is only something like $20 if you get caught breaking it. That's less than a speeding fine!?
These guys got it right Oh, and if you need a recommendation get a Jawbone with the military-style noise-canceling technology. Go on eBay and don't pay more than $60. And look how cool the marketing is...
And check out their "redeem a traffic tix" discount offer. That's wild...you get rewarded for breaking the law! Well, kinda. If you get a tix Jawbone will sell you one of their hands-free gadgets at a discounted price (less the price of the fine!)
